The increase of the temperature leads to an increase of copper extraction rates from low-grade copper ore as shown in Fig. 4. A maximum of 81.25% Cu was recovered at 60°C as compared to other three temperatures i.e. 56.92% at 40°C, 60.37% at 50°C and 78.92% at 60°C respectively. Copper dissolution was higher at 60°C than at 50 or 40°C.
